What the booking form collects

Your name, phone number, what you drive, the service you want, and anything you type in the notes. An email address if you choose to give one. That is it.

Where it goes

Your request is emailed to the shop through Resend, the service that delivers our email. If you gave an email address, you get a short confirmation the same way. We read the request, then text or call you to set a time. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or put you on a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to schedule and finish your job. The email service keeps a copy of each message for up to 30 days. Nuclide Labs, the company that built and maintains this site, can see those messages during that window while supporting it. Want your details deleted sooner? Call (509) 371-9294 and we will take care of it.

Other services on this site

Cloudflare hosts the site, so like any web host it sees your IP address in its server logs. The map in the Visit section is loaded from Google Maps, which can see your IP address and may set its own cookies. Fonts and photos are served from this site, not a third party.

We do not run ad trackers or analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will say so.
